I’ll be honest, I was a little hesitant to place an order at first because I always get nervous when I’m trying a site I haven’t used before. But the refund and guarantee details on smileie.com were written clearly, so I felt a bit more comfortable going ahead with it. I did end up having a small issue, nothing huge, but enough that I needed to reach out, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. Thankfully, it didn’t. They handled it smoothly and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult or like I had to keep chasing them for an answer. The whole thing was taken care of without a lot of stress, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m happy with how it went and I’d use them again.

The impression kit was just okay. They made it seem like it would be super simple and that I’d get it right the first time, but that definitely wasn’t the case. I had to do it twice before it worked out. Not the worst experience, but kind of annoying when it doesn’t match what they promised.
